adCenter Update

Some of you may have noticed that the adCenter user interface was briefly offline on Tuesday, January 9. We took the system offline to address a data synchronization error that occurred during a routine upgrade to the adCenter system that briefly provided a very small number of adCenter customers with elevated access privileges. We can confirm that the issue was resolved in a matter of hours  and that all systems have been operating without incident since that time. We can also confirm that no unauthorized updates took place during this brief time period, and that user passwords and credit card information remained secure. We have made updates to the system to ensure that this issue does not happen again.
 
We are in the process of proactively contacting the small number of customers (less than 0.5% of the total user base) for whom we recommend security updates. If you have further questions, please contact customer support at one of the numbers below, and we will be happy to help you.
